Described as an innovative "deal-maker," tenacious "facilitator"
of articulated objectives and a straightforward businessperson,
Michael’s successful track record is attributable to a unique
combination of Business Development and Business/Legal Affairs skills

to learn from those “trial by fire” situations which
has made him a trusted confidante and advisor to several top-level
entertainment industry executives and very successful entrepreneurs.

(Long Island, New York) concentrating his studies in Management.
After successfully implementing his MBA education as a Sales Executive,

otherwise unknown, content creators, Michael adjusted his focus
to the burgeoning spectrum of new content vehicles such as webisodes,
podcasts, mobisodes and social media outlets. In order to distribute
these cutting-edge content creations, Michael concentrated on the
new Global/24-7 content mediums which were creating multi-screen
